Our place... mapping and some new things!

Very encouraged by conversation with Fiona Crawford and Karen Wallace at Glasgow Presbytery this week about our plans for moving forward as a church seeking to work in partnership with others to meet the needs within our fascinating and diverse parish. We will soon begin to explore this with support from the Transformation Team.

One thing we plan to start in September, twice a month, is a new initiative in the ex-Lansdowne building, now Websters Theatre, (across the road from Kelvinbridge Subway) Coffee, Sunday papers, discussion, reflection, prayer, early-ish Sunday mornings, before the morning service at Kelvinbridge.

Plans are also a-foot for a 'Big Event' in Kelvinbridge in the autumn that will involve all who share the Belmont St. building. A celebration of the work of church, youth  and community groups.

Watch this space for more information as these plans develop!

Meantime ... Morning Worship, Sunday 22nd May 11am

Also remembering in prayer all ministers, elders and others who are taking part in the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland this coming week.
